Women & Power.

pernas.png

CLARICE is a studio focused on intelligence and creativity related to women and power.

We are architects of imagination through the development of studies, research, and audiovisual products highlighting women who challenge the status quo and redefine power in our societies.

What we do

Our mission is to create a new paradigm and vision of female power through various experiences and positions of influence, authorship, and authority.

Intelligence

We conduct original qualitative

and quantitative research to explore

the mindsets that define women’s power

in our society, generating public knowledge to design strategies and solutions that fuel the cultural, social, and public sectors

on gender issues and their multiple dimensions.

Creativity

We develop stories to foster the imagination of women’s power, articulating different formats to engage strategic audiences

and generate impact. We create cultural

and entertainment products—documentaries, fiction films, books, and podcasts—as tools

to populate this imagery.

Why does this matter?

Women represent 40% of the global workforce, yet they are underrepresented in leadership positions:

If we continue progressing at the current rate, it will take

134 years to reach gender parity (50/50)*

It’s not just a matter of representation; reaching positions

of power is challenging and time-consuming, but staying

there is even more difficult.

Holding seats of power is not enough. We need to redesign

these positions so that women feel they belong and are empowered in these spaces.
